Pros: Great suction. Metal body should make it durable. Cons: The front cover that twists onto the vacuum body and allows access to the bag does not hold securely. Ordinary use can cause it to come loose. Had to put some putty in the grooves to hold it. The handle is a little small for big hands making it uncomfortable to hold for long periods of use.The three foot extension hose would be a good addition to the standard product package.

I bought the AutoSport Vac-n-Go 500 a few months ago, and it sure performs better than the description indicates. There are many household vacs that you can buy that won't nearly match up to the suction and power that this one has. I later bought a three (3) foot hose which makes it easier to get at tight places without having the vac get in the way. I often have to adjust the air-vent on the hose to reduce the amount of suction because the vac wants to suck the carpets and seat fabric into the vac! I had some concerns that like many other hand-vacs that its suction power might be over stated...but not with this vac! I only use it for my cars but it could handle household chores too, with ease. The AutoSport Vac-n-Go 500 proves the saying that: You get what you pay for! And I did.
