Some trunk mounted bike carriers are compatible with minivans or hatchbacks, and come with hooks for mounting on glass hatches or gate mounts.
• Truck bike racks are ideal for multiple bikes in a pickup bed, still keeping your receiver hitch freed up for towing a trailer or boat. It would seem like you can just throw bikes in the bed of a truck without worrying about them, but a truck bike rack lets you haul as many as four bikes in an upright position, without worry about damage to them.
