Q. What does your red "Custom Fit" icon mean?

A. You and your car deserve better than the "universal fit" products found in your local retail store.

When you see our "Custom Fit" icon it means the manufacturer has actually created patterns for your exact vehicle to guarantee the best fit. That doesn’t necessarily mean they always match the factory patterns, by the way. In many cases, our manufacturers actually improve on the design for an even better fit!

We also carry Semi-Custom Fit accessories, which means we choose the right pattern from dozens of possibilities. In some cases, the accessories will not have been made specifically for your vehicle, but we’ll ensure a great fit. And a better fit means better protection for your vehicle.

Q. What about colors?

A. Most of our Custom-Fit and Semi-Custom Fit products come in a variety of colors and there’s almost always one that will look just right with your vehicle. If color match is a critical issue for you, just let us know and we’ll be happy to send you a sample swatch.

Q. How long will it take to receive my products?

A. Our custom-fit and semi-custom fit products usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive. The Semi-Custom Fit WeatherTech mats are usually in stock for same-day shipment.

Q. What if they’re still not right?
