A Note from Mark Lee:"I use this cover on my Alfa Romeo Spider every time I park for more than a couple of hours with the top down. It keeps the leather seats and dashboard from cracking, and helps prevent the carpeting from fading. On the Alfa, it also protects the expensive convertible top boot. Even parking with the convertible top up won't protect the interior as well (but I use an AutoSport sun shield when the top is up; it's custom made to fit the windshield).""The first time, I'd say it took about 3 minutes to put on the interior cover, but now I can do it in under 1 minute." About WeatherShield Fabric:  WeatherShield® employs a patented immersion process that uses heat and pressure to permanently encapsulate the fabric’s fibers to shed moisture and block dust, dirt, bird poop, tree sap and grime. This encapsulation process places an ultra-thin coating around the fabric fibers, while at the same time creating a durable, breathable barrier within the woven polyester fabric to complete the high performance finish process. Unlike traditional coatings and laminations that just protect one side of the fabric, WeatherShield® places long-lasting protective formulas inside the fabric.
