Cobra's newest radar detector, the XRS 9770, has all the features you'd expect in a detector costing twice as much. An amazing value, this powerful unit gives you ultra-accurate 360-degree protection from all 15 radar/laser bands, plus it's completely immune to both Spectre and VG-2 detector detectors.
It's also equipped with an electronic compass and Cobra's Strobe Alert, which alerts you to emergency vehicles using that system. Clear voice alerts and an adjustable digital display keep you informed at all times. Easy to program and easy to use, it even saves your battery by automatically shutting down when the ignition is turned off. Measures 4.5"H x 3"W x 1.25"D.

The Cobra XRS 9770 provides total protection and peace of mind with Xtreme Range Superheterodyne Technology, detecting all 15 radar/laser bands with its completely new, super-fast lock-on detection circuitry. The unit provides extra detection range and the best possible advance warning to even the fastest of POP mode radar guns. Other features include DigiView® Text Display, an 8-point electronic compass, Voice Alert, and much more.

15-Band Detection gives you total coverage. Detects 7 radar, 6 laser and 2 safety signals. Radar signals include X Band, K Band, Ka Superwide, Ku Band, VG-2, Spectre I and Spectre IV+. Laser signals include LTI 20-20, Ultra Lyte, ProLaser, ProLaser III, Stalker LIDAR and Speedlaser. Safety signals include Safety Alert® and Strobe Alert®.

Strobe Alert (a Cobra exclusive) works with tens of thousands of emergency vehicles currently equipped with traffic light-controlling strobe emitters and alerts you to the presence and/or approach of these vehicles.

Xtreme Range Superheterodyne sweep circuitry provides extra detection range and the best possible advanced warning to even the fastest radar guns.

Pop Mode Radar Gun detection alerts you to the latest radar gun pop (super-fast instant-on) mode.

Ku Band Detection can sense the detectors currently being used in Europe. You'll be ready when it comes to the U.S.

IntelliMute,a relative speed sensing auto-mute system, virtually eliminates false alerts.

IntelliMute Pro, a relative speed sensing auto shutdown feature, will render your detector undetectable by currently available radar detector-detectors.
