Q. What does your blue "Semi-Custom Fit" icon mean?

A. The products you see in your local retail store are "universal fit" products. Basically, that means they will fit a wide variety of vehicles. Just not very well, unfortunately. That’s why we don’t carry "universal fit" floor mats, seat covers or car covers. You and your car deserve better.

When you see our "Semi-Custom Fit" logo, we choose the right pattern from dozens of possibilities. In some cases, the accessories will not have been made specifically for your vehicle, but we’ll ensure a great fit. And a better fit means better protection of your vehicle.

We also carry Custom Fit accessories, which means the manufacturer has actually created patterns for your exact vehicle to guarantee the best fit. That doesn’t necessarily mean they always match the factory patterns, by the way. In many cases, our manufacturers actually improve on the design for an even better fit!

Q. What about colors?

A. Most of our Custom-Fit and Semi-Custom Fit products come in a variety of colors and there’s almost always one that will look just right with your vehicle. If color match is a critical issue for you, just let us know and we’ll be happy to send you a sample swatch.

Q. How long will it take to receive my products?

A. Our Custom Fit and Semi-Custom Fit products usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive. The Semi-Custom Fit WeatherTech mats are usually in stock for same-day shipment.

Q. What if they’re still not right?

A. You’re protected by our Total Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return them within 180 days for an exchange or refund – with no restocking fee and no hassle.
