I bought this for my daughter in law, who travels a lot and is therefore in her car for hours at a time. She hasn't been on a long trip yet, but has the cushion in her car and enjoys it on a daily basis. So far, she is very pleased with it.

My friend from college (51 years ago!) was having back problems and a hard time driving the two hours each way to see her mother in a nursing home. I scoured the Internet looking for something to help ease her back pain as she drove and came upon your heated massage cushion. I didn't know your company and prayed you were legit. I spoke with a lovely lady, Holly, who assisted me and sent the cushion off. My friend excitedly called me the minute she received it, said she'd tried it out and was almost in tears she was so happy with it. She uses it in her chair at home and takes it to the car when she's driving. She was afraid I'd spent a few hundred dollars for it because of its many features of heat and levels of massage. She's thanked me many times and tells me what a difference it's made for her and how it has relieved her back and made driving so much easier. I purchased this for my hubby, totally disabled, over a year ago. WE run it over 6 hours per day, when we sit him up in his chair. It helps keep his muscles flexible and it has worked well. We are just now beginning to see a small problem with the unit. I would recommen this to anyone.

I was able to get this item on sale. As I have severe back injuries, this cushion was the best solution to back pain while driving.
